| | so i stayed home ALL week cuz of the flu.....  started coughing on monday, and i didn't think it was a big deal.... plus, it was a staff learning day, so it wasn't like i was stressed out or anything.... by monday night / tuesday morning, it had become full-fledged flu symptoms. every morning i've been waking up..... feeling horrible.... then calling in for a sub.... and then emailing my coworker the lesson plans for the sub.... and this has gone on for the whole week..... i'm so tired of being sick..... i can't believe i haven't been at school for the whole week.... i hope my kids are surviving the subs...... i heard from some parents that yesterday's sub wasn't that great.....  i feel bad for my kids.... a different teacher every day for 4 days....
so i've been laying at home..... sleeping, and sleeping, and sleeping til i can't sleep anymore..... catching up on my tivo programs.... only to fall asleep watching them..... i usually enjoy staying at home..... but i really can't wait to get back to school...... i'm tired of being sick.....
on the bright side....... it's groundhog day today.... and mr. phil didn't see his shadow.....  which supposedly means that spring will come early! yeah! which means the cold will be going.... then again, with spring comes allergy season....... *sigh*
that's my update.... time to sleep.... yet again......
